§01 — Practice

Three licenses, one conversation.

Clients rarely arrive with a single question. A relocation is a property search, a set of policies, and a business decision at once. Holding the licenses for two of those and the experience for the third means nothing gets decided in isolation.

§02 — Principal

You will be working with Alejandro.

Alejandro R. Hernandez III is the founder of ARH Global Advisors. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York, a licensed real estate agent in California, and a licensed life agent in New York, California, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Texas.

He holds a J.D. and a degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, where he was named Economics Student of the Year. He does not practice law and does not provide legal services through this firm; where a matter requires counsel, he works alongside the client’s own attorney.

He advises families, investors, and business owners moving between Manhattan, Los Angeles, and Austin — often people whose property, business, and family protection decisions have been handled by different advisors who have never spoken. Consultations are conducted in English and Spanish.

The practice is deliberately small. Every engagement is handled by the principal directly — there is no associate layer and no file that gets passed to someone you have not met.

§03 — Engagements

How this works, and how it is paid for.

Different services are compensated differently, and you will know which is which before anything starts. Nothing here is hidden in a footnote.

Step one

Introductory call

Thirty minutes, no charge. You describe the situation; we tell you plainly whether this is a fit, which services apply, and what each would cost. If it is not a fit, we will say so.

Step two

Written scope

A short document setting out what will be done, who is doing it, and how compensation works for each piece — before any agreement is signed.

Step three

The work

Direct access to the principal throughout. Where the matter needs an attorney, accountant, or lender, we coordinate with yours rather than duplicating them.

How compensation works. Real estate representation is compensated by commission at closing, through the sponsoring brokerage. Insurance placement is compensated by the issuing carrier. Business consulting is billed at an hourly or fixed-fee rate agreed in writing in advance.

Every one of these is disclosed in writing before you engage, including where more than one applies to the same matter. You are entitled to know how the person advising you is paid.
